Proper nutrition, one of our needs, to prevent or avoid any diseases.Diseases that may cause "death".We must eat vegetables,fruits and not drink too much "soft drinks".We also need to eat on time,avoid drinking alcoholics as well as smoking cigerettes,because of that kind of bad vices,we killing ourselves softly.

So,if I where you, I will stop having those kind of bad vices,eat proper nutritious food.And also I will exercise regularly,to maintain our healthy body.a healthy body, for our better life .

Now a days many diseases spreadout in our country and other countries too. Like the very controversial diseasethe A(H1N1),they said that A(H1N1) comes from the viruses.And to avoid this disease we must clean our surrounding and houses, we need to follow the proper hygiene.STOP! HAVING BAD VICES, CLEAN OUR BODY AND SURROUNDINGS, EAT NUTRITIOUS FOOD, EXERCISE DAILY, EAT ON TIME, is what we need to prevent lifestyle diseases.
